Frances Elenbaas

Hi, I’m Frances. I am a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), Childbirth Educator (CCE), Postpartum Doula (CPD), Medical Assistant (CMA), and the founder of From Birth To Breast and the Braless and Barefoot blog. I currently serve the Spokane County area locally, while offering online courses and virtual services throughout the United States as well. I approach maternal care with a “mom first” mindset. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from, what your age, nationality, beliefs or background is: I will honor and support you first! My goal is to help empower and educate growing families - while helping women step into motherhood, with confidence.
